  • 30 g fresh coriander or parsley leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 80 g extra virgin olive oil
  1. Wash the coriander (or parsley) and peel the garlic.

  2. Mix the coriander, the garlic and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve as a side or as a starter in small bowls.
